Free Agent Information
- What does open mean?
You can have any combination of males or females on your team.
- Do I need to know anyone to play?
No. You can sign up as a free agent and be placed on a free agent team. Stop by the Intramural Office to sign up as a free agent (there will be a $10 sign-up fee).
Points to Remember:
- Each sport has a particular number of teams that can be entered in the league due to limited space and time. If the maximum has been met before the due date, the league will close.
- You must obtain a Medical Release form for each person on your team, which must be filled out before members of your team can play.
- The captain / manager or representative from the team must attend the mandatory Captains Meeting.
- If you cannot find people to make up your own team, you may sign up as a FREE AGENT . To become a free agent, stop by PE-1, Room 20A. Free agents must pay a $10 sign-up fee and you will be placed on a team that will consist of other free agents. The fee must be paid and you must fill out a MEDICAL RELEASE FORM at the time of sign-ups--no exceptions. There are NO REFUNDS.
