bands & free weights to challenge all muscle groups
& develop muscle strength & tone. Bursts of cardio

Learn to Salsa Dance! Learn the moves to get you started on the dance
floor! No partner needed. Dancers and non-dancers are welcome. This
class will focus on latin rhythm and an introduction to salsa partnering to
get you out on the dance floor in no time!
Classes are Monday nights from 7-8 pm in PE 107
Cost: Students $15/per 6 week session, Faculty/Staff $20/per six week session.

Using no equipment, this kickboxing interval workout incorporates intensity drills, energy sprints and recovery segments. This fun & intense workout teaches basic kickboxing skill choreographed to energizing music.
