Boot CampBoot camp icon

A total body workout using body weight, resistance

bands & free weights to challenge all muscle groups

& develop muscle strength & tone. Bursts of cardio

may be incorporated to get the heart rate pumping.

Tues. & Thurs. 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. in room PE 88

Tone your abs, legs & glutes

Participants will perform a variety of squats, lunges, ab work & hamstring exercises.

Tuesdays from 5-6pm PE 60

Cardio Kickboxingkickboxing image

Not a contact class & no experience necessary. Build endurance, tone muscles, and increase agility by using punching and kicking combinations set to music.

Session Two:

April 7-May 12

Classes are Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m. in PE 107

Cost for students is $15/session for 6 week session

Faculty/Staff add $5.00/per session

Salsa

Session Two : April 5th- May 10th

Learn to Salsa Dance! Learn the moves to get you started on the dance

floor! No partner needed. Dancers and non-dancers are welcome. This

class will focus on latin rhythm and an introduction to salsa partnering to

get you out on the dance floor in no time!

Classes are Monday nights from 7-8 pm in PE 107

Cost: Students $15/per 6 week session, Faculty/Staff $20/per six week session.

Pilatespilates image

Strengthen the core muscles that stabilize and support the spine.

Mon. & Wed. from 5:30-6:30pm & Fridays from 12-1pm.

Session Two: April 5-May 14

Cost: Students $15/session for one class a week, $20/session for 2 classes/wk, $25/Unlimited

Faculty/Staff: Add $5.00 per session

A fusion of latin dance that combines motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participant to dance away their worries.

Hip Hop

Learn this popular style of dance. Workout to popular hip hop hits. Join our energetic instructor and learn some new moves.

TKB Turbo Kickboxing

Using no equipment, this kickboxing interval workout incorporates intensity drills, energy sprints and recovery segments. This fun & intense workout teaches basic kickboxing skill choreographed to energizing music.
