Effective Date:     August 26, 2002 – Fall Semester     January 22, 2003 – Spring Semester

Minimum Qualifications:   Ph.D. in Psychology or the equivalent of a Master's Degree in Psychology plus teaching experience appropriate to the assignment.  Ability to communicate effectively with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community.  Graduate training and/or experience appropriate for the particular courses to be taught.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:  Preference will be given to those whose training and experience best qualify them for the particular courses to be staffed.

Duties:Teach up to a maximum of 12 WTUs of courses.

Salary:    Commensurate with training or experience.  Probable range for one 3-unit course:  $563 to $675 per month, paid in six installments.

Required Documentation:Letter of application addressing minimum and desired qualifications, resume, three letters of recommendation, and official transcript from institution awarding highest degree.

(Employment is contingent upon proof of the legal right to work in the United States.  This proof must be provided prior to employment at the University.  An appointment is not final until proof is provided.)
