Welcome to the Beach! At CSULB, we understand the critical role that an informed and supportive family plays in student success.
Parents and families of new students are strongly encouraged to attend the Parent Orientation Program, held the summer prior to a student’s first fall semester.
Spanish-speaking parents and families are invited to participate in a Spanish language parent orientation as well. Please call (562) 985-5128 for information on this program.
The Division of Student Services keeps families of current students informed through their News for Parents website. They also provide parents and families with a Parent Handbook that is updated annually.
