Not publicly available -- All datasets which are not publicly available and contain identifiers which can link to individuals AT THE TIME the researcher accesses them, whether or not the researcher removes them in the process of collecting data from the dataset, require application for Administrative Review, using the Administrative Review form. Applications will be referred to IRB Review if the analysis of risk so indicates.
