Chris Lowe (Marine Biology) discusses the great white shark’s table manners in the first episode of Animal Planet’s new TV series, "I, Predator," at 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 11.
In the episode, "Great White Shark vs. Cape Fur Seal," Lowe, director of CSULB’s Shark Lab, describes shark feeding behaviors and the challenges young sharks face in learning how to capture large, nimble prey like the Cape fur seal.
"I, Predator" explores interactions between predators and prey and how each copes with challenges of life in the wild.
