The Winter Institute for Advisors will be held January 19, 9 am - 12 pm in the Pyramid Annex.
This year, the Institute will focus on advising during challenging times, "Advising in Turbulent Times: Advising Solidarity." Recent changes in university policy and efforts to facilitate graduation require that students receive regular and effective advising. Enrollment numbers and budgetary restraints can make meeting this need challenging. The Institute will focus on advising tools and collaborations that will help advisors meet student need without becoming overwhelmed.
