Nominations are currently being accepted for the following University Achievement Awards until November 30:
Faculty, staff, administrators, students and alumni may nominate a faculty member. Simply write a letter stating who you are nominating, which award you are nominating him/her for and the rationale for the nomination. All nominations should be sent to the Academic Senate office (mail stop 2005) by Monday, November 30.
The Academic Senate will notify the nominees of their nominations. The Academic Senate will provide nominees with an application form and information on how to apply, including the criteria and deadline for the award.
Recipients will be selected by the University Awards Committee in spring 2010.
