Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 15 software will not work after its license expires on September 30, 2009. SPSS users must upgrade to a newer version prior to September 30.
The newer versions are available for faculty, staff and designated campus technicians to download and install at the CSULB Software Depot. When planning curriculum for research and statistics classes, please be aware that SPSS 16 will expire in September 2010 and SPSS 17 will be available until September 2011. SmartViewer 15 for Windows is needed to read files created in SPSS 15. It is available for download at the Software Depot.
