Phi Beta Kappa Chapter Looking for CSULB Members

 The California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) chapter of Phi Beta Kappa (Rho of California) is compiling a comprehensive list of CSULB faculty and staff who are members of the society. The membership list will be included on a new Web site being developed for the CSULB chapter.

To make sure the membership roll is complete and accurate, the CSULB executive board is asking all Phi Beta Kappa members on campus to e-mail to Hank Fradella, Ph.D., president of the Rho Chapter of California with the following information:

  • Your full name as you would like it to appear on CSULB's Phi Beta Kappa web site;
  • The chapter of Phi Beta Kappa into which you were inducted and the college or university with which that chapter is affiliated (e.g., Mu of California at the University of California, Irvine; Rho of California at CSULB); and
  • The department with which you are currently affiliated.

In addition to the faculty and staff list, the Rho Chapter Web site will include information about the organization, the history of Phi Beta Kappa, criteria for becoming a member and more.
