Within the context of the Spring 2007 gathering of information and resultant assessment report on academic technology at CSULB, we task this sub-group to investigate methods and best practices to bridge the gap between systemwide and campus policies and to consider practical methods for implementing the policies at the local level. Observations and recommendations from this sub-group should include the following: reporting on the Accessibility Technology Initiative (ATI), Information Security Initiative, and Academic Transformation Initiatives. This sub-group should coordinate efforts with existing campus groups working on these initiatives, and focus on how to make the initiatives "doable", including analysis of adequate tools and resources.
