Each plan should be tailored to the specific needs and career objectives of the individual student. Students may obtain a complete set of application materials at the Office of Academic Affairs, Brotman Hall 303, or by calling the office at (562) 985-4128 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. The application materials can be obtained on the Internet at http://www.calstate.edu/PreDoc/Application.shtml. The applications, however, cannot be submitted electronically.
