Retirement & FERP Form Faculty Affairs (FA) - Forms   Retirement Workshops The Office of Benefits Services conducts workshops for CSU, Long Beach CalPERS members.  Visit their site for a complete schedule, or contact Benefits Services at extension 5-2381 or benefits@csulb.edu.     FERP Deadline April 2, 2012 - Faculty who intend to enter the FERP program in Fall 2012 MUST notify the University by no later than APRIL 2, 2012.   2010 FAQs All University policy statements are listed on the Academic Senate web site. PS 85-12 Details concerning the most recent changes on FERP may be found in Article 29 of the CSU-CFA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Article 30 - Information on the Pre-Retirement Reduction in Time Base (PRTB).
