POSITION:  Part-time Lecturers in Biological Sciences  (Typical assignment is for a single semester, although reappointments are possible based upon successful teaching experience in the field and projected continuing needs in the department.  Possibility of renewal for one or two years.)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Master’s degree (or equivalent) in the biological sciences required, with specialization in the area(s) to be taught. * Demonstrated potential for effective teaching. Ability to communicate effectively with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community.

 

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Ph.D. preferred.  Expertise in field of course(s) to be taught.

SALARY RANGE:  Dependent upon qualifications, experience, and time base.
