Position

Part-Time Lecturer in Asian and Asian American Studies (Korean)

Effective Date

January 22, 2013 (Spring 2013 Semester)

Salary Range

Commensurate with training and experience 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in an appropriate discipline

  • Potential for successful teaching of college-level Korean courses

  • Ability to communicate effectively with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community

  • Commitment to and/or experience with educating a diverse student population

 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in an appropriate discipline preferred
  • Evidence of successful teaching in Korean
  • Evidence of successful California State University teaching experience
     

Duties

  • Teach introductory Korean language courses
