MBA or a relevant Masters degree
Successful record of teaching management courses
Current relevant professional experience holding an upper-level position at a national, regional, or local firm or major corporation
Demonstrated proficiency as a consultant or a management professional, or showing significant involvement in a state or national management organization
Must meet the current requirement of the College of Business Administration to be either PQ or AQ

Record of scholarly and creative activity
Teach Management courses (e.g., Principles of Management, Management and Society, Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy & Policy, Managerial Decision Making Process, Organizational Theory, International Management, and others)
