Copy of official transcripts of from institution awarding highest degree
At least three current letters of recommendation from professionals in the field addressing the applicant’s specific qualifications for the position
Include digital portfolio on CD including twenty or more images of work by applicant, and twenty or more images of work by applicant’s students as JPEG images with a maximum size of 2000 pixels in the longest dimension. CD must be accompanied with printed back-up comprising printed images and captions corresponding to all digital images submitted
Student work should include caption information about the nature of the assignment and/or the course in which the work was produced
Please do not submit portfolios as PDFs or as Powerpoint or other digital presentations
Applicants may also include copies of performance evaluations from prior teaching experience and other documentation regarding instruction and instructionally related activity; research, scholarly and creative activity; and service activities
