Service Learning Database Registration

REGISTERING FOR A SERVICE LEARNING PROJECT

To register for a project, follow the steps laid out below then log in to the database and select a project.

Step 1: Provide Emergency Contact Information
Complete Form

Step 2: Read the Student Handbook
Student Handbook

Step 3: Submit Learning Plan and Service Learning Agreement
NOTE: Before submitting your Plan and Agreement, PRINT a copy of both documents for your records.
Complete Forms

Step 4: Choose a Service Learning Project
Click on the following link and log in to the database:
Use your full 9-digit student ID number and capitalize the first letter of your last name when you type in your last name.
