Staff Information Sheet
Directions:
- Click the ”Staff Information Form” link below
- Save the file directly onto your computer.
- Complete the form then save it.
- Send the form as an email attachment to mthomas@csulb.edu
Supplemental
Instruction Reports:
Listed below are two Excel
spreadsheets. Please take the following steps while using these
sheets:
1.
Save the file directly onto your computer.
- Right-click (or Ctrl+click) the link
- Select Save Target As... or Save link
As...
- Save it to the desired directory on your computer or to disk.
2.
Move to each cell by hitting the Tab key. To
move back a cell, hold down
Shift and hit the Tab key.
3.
Save your work often.
4.
Before printing, reduce the worksheet to fit the page.
- Click on the worksheet
- Go to File > Page Set up...
- Go to the Page Tab
- In the Orientation box, select Landscape
(For Grade/Attendance Report only )
- In the Scaling Box, select Fit to
1 page wide by 1 tall
5.
Before printing, center the spreadsheet on
the page.
- Click on the worksheet
- Go to File > Page Set up...
- Go to the Margins Tab
- Check Horizontally and Vertically
