Conversation Lab
The Conversation
Lab has been helping students with their English language skills
since the early 1970s. CSULB students, staff and faculty members
who speak English as a second language may use this service as often
as they like, free of charge. Our tutors are all volunteers
from CSULB and the surrounding community.
Tutoring
is informal, and conversations range from current movies to serious
social topics. Tutors create a positive and open setting for students
to practice their speaking skills.
Afternoons tend to be
busiest, so come early in the day for more individualized attention.
The lab is open when a name appears in a green time slot below.
