The Conversation Lab is a great place to practice your English with a native speaker. It is a relaxed, informal, and safe place for you to ask questions or practice speaking English. Our friendly volunteers will help you with pronunciation and grammar, and will even explain American idioms, slang, and culture.
Conversation Lab is open during regular semesters and begins on the third week of every semester.
During summer and winter recess, we encourage students to volunteer (http://voala.org/involved/contact.htm) at various local non-profit programs as a way to give back and to enrich their English learning experience.
