Faculty & Staff Ask About New Academic Policies
Academic Withdrawals, Repetition of Courses, and Academic Probation
We want to support the faculty and staff undergraduate advisors as they convey the impact of new University policies on withdrawals, repeat limits, and academic disqualification.
To that end, the University Center for Undergraduate Advising has created a PowerPoint Presentation to help answer questions about these new policies. The presentation is best viewed from the Internet Explorer or from the Mozilla Firefox browsers. From the Internet Explorer browser you will need to save the presentation to your desktop before opening. Important: In addition to the slides, important information is contained in the "Notes Pages" which accompany the slides. We do recommend you view the Notes Pages. To view the Notes Pages as well as the slides:
- On the toolbar, click "View" then "Normal"
OR
- On the toolbar, click "File" then "Print Preview" - at the "Print What" drop down window - click "Notes Pages." To enlarge for better viewing, click on "75%."
