Note: All proposals regarding degree programs will require campus approval and will be submitted to the CSU Office of the Chancellor from the CSULB Office of the Provost.

Proposals for new degree programs or options must use the following template from the CSU Office of the Chancellor:

Proposals to elevate an existing option to full degree status will need to use the above proposal template.  Specific requirements for such proposals are found at the following CSU Office of the Chancellor's site:
