Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree with a major in another discipline;
2. A minimum of 24 units distributed as follows:
Take the following core:
- CHLS 300 Chicano History (3)
Prerequisites: GE Foundation requirements.
- CHLS 310 Chicano Thought (3)
Prerequisites: None
- CHLS 350 The Latino Population in the U.S. (3)
Prerequisite: GE Foundation requirements.
- CHLS 498 Senior Colloquium (3)
Prerequisite: Consent of the instructor.
Take 12 units selected from the following:
Cultural Studies:
- CHLS 390, 341, 342, 380, 381, 420, 490, 499
Social Inquiry:
- CHLS 315, 319, 320, 335, 340, 352, 362, 400, 415, 421, 430, 470, 490, 499.
