FIRST WEEK OF JULY
College Deadline: Curriculum Proposals
- Challenge Period: Last three weeks of September
- Formal Certification: Last week of September
- Proposals Effective:
- Courses: Spring of the following year
- Program Requirements: Fall of the following year
FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER
Distributed to Colleges and Departments:
- Inactive Course Report
- Type Two Topic End Date Report
- Formal Certification: First week of October
- Proposals Effective: Fall of the following year
FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER
College Deadline: Curriculum Proposal
- Challenge Period: Third week of December and first two weeks of January
- Formal Certification: Second week of January
- Proposals Effective: Fall of the upcoming academic year
SECOND WEEK OF MARCH
College Deadline: NEW courses that are being simultaneously submitted to the General Education Governing Committee for GE status review.
- These courses are to be included in the upcoming July Proposed Curriculum.
Type One Topics to be published in the online Schedule of Classes
- The Type One Topic curriculum forms must be submitted to the Curriculum Office at the time the class is built. They can be submitted no later than the third week of the semester.
