The CSULB President's Scholars' Program provides California high school seniors who are qualifying valedictorians from accredited high schools or national scholars (National Merit Finalists and Semifinalists, National Achievement and National Hispanic Recognition scholars) an opportunity to compete for an exceptional four-year scholarship package that includes registration fees, housing and book allowances.
