There are several different types of requests that you can make, in order to have BeachBoard more focused on your needs. Please review each description and see if the situation pertains to you.
The courses in the BeachBoard archives are organized by Year/Semester--after which we need the Course Subject Abbreviation, Number, and Section combination or Catalog/Class number to locate the specific archive file. Therefore, it is important to provide BeachBoard Services as much information as possible; otherwise, we may not be able to locate the correct file. "The Year" and "Semester taught" are the single-most important details.

To request to have the student enrollment of one or more sections merged into another section, please fill in the form below. A course merge applies if an instructor is teaching multiple, identical course sections. Once the courses are merged, an instructor will maintain one course.
