In Netscape, select Window -> Address Book.
In the Address Book, select File -> New -> LDAP Directory...
In the General tab, enter in the following information,
Name: LDAP
Hostname: ldap.csulb.edu
Base DN: o=csulb
Port Number: 636
Bind DN: uid=username,o=csulb
Also, make sure to check Use secure connection (SSL).
Then, click the Advanced tab and set the Scope to One Level. Next, click OK.
Next, click Tools -> Search Addresses...
First, make sure the Search in: category has LDAP selected. Next, choose Match any of the following then choose your search parameters. Finally, type in what you want to search and click Search.
