In Microsoft Entourage, click on Entourage -> Account Settings...
Click on the New button and select Directory Service...
If you are prompted with the Account Setup Assistant window, select Configure account manually.
Next, fill in the input boxes as follows:
Account Name: CSULB
LDAP server: ldap.csulb.edu
Check the box that says This server requires me to log on.
Account ID: uid=username,o=csulb
Password: password
Next, click on the Options tab. For the Search base, enter in o=csulb.
Next, click OK and you will be prompted for a password. In the password field, enter y our campus email password and click OK. Note, it may ask for your password twice.
Click on the Address Book button at the top left corner of your main window.
Finally, enter the name you wish to search in the text box next to the Name starts with pulldown menu and Enter.
