All students may create their account online on Namemaster.
- If you have any problems creating an account please visit one of the Technology Service Desk locations: Horn Center Lobby or AS-118.
- If you already have an account and you do not know your username and/or password please call us at 562-985-4959 or visit the Technology Service Desk locations in the Horn Center Lobby or AS-118. You must have your CSULB Student ID Card.
Faculty who needs a CSULB Internet Account must visit the Technology Service Desk locations in the Horn Center Lobby or AS-118. CSULB Faculty ID is required for us to be able to create an account.
Staff or Volunteer Employees who need a CSULB Internet Account must visit Network Services in BH-188 or call 562-985-8344.
