The Technology Service Desk is seeking out highly qualified students interested in becoming Student Support Representatives to the CSULB Campus Community. Excellent verbal communication skills in addition to extensive knowledge and interest in desktop computing problem resolution are required.
All applicants must be CSULB students enrolled in a minimum of 6 semester units. Part-time, 20-hour per week positions are available. Thank you for your interest in TSD!
Due to the amount of time required for training, one year availability is a requirement.
