The CSULB Technology Help Desk is growing and if you answered “YES!” to the two questions above we want to talk to you! Opportunities are now available for qualified students to join the THD as Student Support Representatives. EARN while you LEARN in a professional Call Center supporting CSULB systems including:

The Technology Help Desk is seeking out highly qualified students interested in becoming Student Support Representatives to the CSULB Campus Community. Excellent verbal communication skills in addition to extensive knowledge and interest in desktop computing problem resolution are required.

All applicants must be CSULB students enrolled in a minimum of 6 semester units. Part-time, 20-hour per week positions are available. Thank you for your interest in THD!

Due to the amount of time required for training, one year availability is a requirement.
