The Tech Squad provides one-on-one technology support to CSULB instructors who would like assistance with training and technical support for BeachBoard, clickers, Collaborate (formerly Elluminate), Respondus, wikis, Turnitin, and Second Life.
The Tech Squad is located in the Academic Services building, room 120, the Academic Technology Center. They are also available to visit your office for training or in the classroom for technical support when you are using BeachBoard, clickers, Collaborate (formerly Elluminate), Respondus, wikis, Turnitin, and Second Life.
Hours are 8:00 - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during the fall and spring semesters. 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. during winter and summer semesters.
