BeachBoard will be unavailable on Thursday, July 5, 2012 as it will be upgraded to a newer version (9.4).

BeachBoard experienced an unplanned outage as a result of technical issues with the university Internet service provider.  Nov. 20, 2011 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

BeachBoard will be unavailable for approximately 20 minutes for unscheduled but critical maintenance. October 19, 2011 1:30 a.m.

The BeachBoard October maintenance window will take place. BeachBoard will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Due to reasons beyond our control, the university has experienced problems sending and receiving email in the new BeachBoard during the past week. Academic Technology Services identified the problem and worked closely with the vendor, Desire2Learn, towards a resolution. As of this past weekend, BeachBoard email is being delivered reliably and in a timely manner. Academic Technology Services continues to work with the vendor to further refine BeachBoard email settings. Sept. 19, 2011 - Sept. 26, 2011  
BeachBoard email is being updated to address previous undeliverable issues with AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. Sept. 19, 2011 Beginning at
7:30 a.m.
Faculty only. Not directly a BeachBoard issue, but a CSULB network issue. Resolved. August 18, 2011 4:30 p.m. and ongoing
System was unavailable. Resolved. August 9, 2011 2:15 p.m. - 2:40 p.m.
Blackboard (the old BeachBoard) no longer available. Resolved. June 30, 2011  
Users unable to access content. Resolved. May 7, 2011 6:20 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Users experiencing random error messages when accessing the Content tool. Resolved. February 28, 2011  
Intermittent outages reported. Resolved. February 27, 2011
