Staff Information

Watch the close captioned video on how to add staff information

  1. Log into BeachBoard.
  2. Under My Courses, click the name of the course into which you would like to add your staff information.
  3. Click the course's Control Panel image icon link.
  4. Under Course Tools, click the Staff Information link.

  5. Click the Profile icon (Profile icon).
  6. Under Profile Information type in:
    • Title (optional)
    • First Name (optional)
    • Last Name (optional)
    • Email
    • Work Phone(optional)
    • Office Location (optional)
    • Office Hours (optional)
    • Notes (optional)
  7. Under Options:
    • Next to Make the Profile available select Yes
    • Next to Attach Image click on Browse to attach an image from your computer (optional)
    • Type in a Personal Link (optional)
  8. Click Submit.
