Why can't I see my registered courses on the My Courses and Organizations box?
If a course or organization does not use BeachBoard, you will not see that course or organization listed under "My Courses and Organizations". If you are missing a course or organization, please contact the instructor or leader of the organization.
Why can't I see the dropbox assignment that my instructor says he posted?
If your instructor said that they posted a dropbox assignment but you cannot see it, it is possible that your instructor forgot to make the dropbox assignment available. Please contact your instructor.
How do I change my email address on BeachBoard?
BeachBoard’s user data—including name, Campus ID, and email address—is sent directly from MyCSULB and is updated nightly. Therefore, all email address changes must be made in MyCSULB. MyCSULB will process your email address change request and will update your email address in BeachBoard by noon of the following day. See Change My Email Address for more information.
Can I access the new BeachBoard via my mobile phone?
Yes, if you have Internet on your phone you can access the new BeachBoard via your mobile phone by visiting https://bbcsulb.desire2learn.com/d2l/m/login and logging in with your Campus ID and Password. The mobile version is only for viewing content, news items, bookmarks, and grades. You cannot send email, submit dropboxes or participate in discussions via the mobile version of BeachBoard.
How do I know if I submitted my dropbox assignment successfully?
When you submit a dropbox assignment you will automatically receive an confirmation to your preferred MyCSULB email.
What is the maximum file size limit that I can upload to a dropbox assignment?
The maximum file size is 20480KB or 20MB per submission.
