The Email tool allows you to send email from within BeachBoard.
Click
Classlist
from the course navigation bar to access the Email tools
To Email Everyone in the Course
In
Classlist
, click the
Email Everyone on this tab
area.
Add your email address to the "
To
" field.
Type a
Subject
and compose a message in the text box.
Attach a file (optional).
Click
Send
.
To Email Selected Users in a Course
Select the checkbox next to the users' names.
Click the
"
Email Selected Users in a New Window
" icon.
Add your email address to the "
To
" field.
Type a
Subject
and compose a message in the text box.
Attach a file (optional).
Click
Send
.
To Email a Single User
In the
Classlist
, click a user's name directly.
Type a
Subject
and compose a message in the text box.
