Does AVS provide equipment for students and student organizations?
No, all equipment must be reserved and signed for by a faculty or staff member of CSULB.
Does AVS have computers for check out to faculty or staff?
No, we do not provide computers. Please see your college or department computer technician.
Does AVS deliver equipment?
No, customers must pick up and return the equipment.
Does AVS charge for equipment?
There is no charge if equipment is for classroom instruction.
Charges for off site use at conferences will be determined according to the number of days and type of equipment used.

What do I do if I need a piece of equipment in a classroom for the entire semester?
Call the main number of AVS, 5-4962 and request the equipment. If we have the equipment and are able to secure it, we will put it in the room.
How do I know what equipment is in the classroom I am assigned?
Call AVS at 5-4962.
