Student Activities
Our Women's Studies students
are a varied group of which we are justifiably proud.
On these pages you will find information
on what they have done as class projects, the papers they have
presented and panels they have participated in at academic meetings,
the awards and recognitions they have garnered, and what they
have done when they graduated from CSULB.
The Women's Studies Student Association
(WSSA) is an extremely active group. Its most recent activities
range from a planning a conference on Political Activism on Campus,
to publishing a regular column in the alternate campus newspaper,
to bringing the Guerilla Girls to Long Beach, to sponsoring a
program on the missing maquilladora workers from Juarez, to organizing
a Take Back the Night rally and march and making violence against
women even more visible with the Clothesline Project.

If
you are one of our graduates and would like information about
your accomplishments posted here, please
