Applying to Cal Rep at California State University, Long Beach consists of five steps:
1. Fill out and submit the Cal Rep application below. Be sure to sign up for a personal interview and/or audition (please indicate on the form below the preferable audition site). This application will be sent to the Department of Theatre Arts at CSULB. Be sure to click on the "Submit" button after you complete the form.
2. Please send copies of your transcripts and three letters of recommendation to:

4. Send separate copies of your transcripts and letters of recommendation to both the Department of Theatre Arts and the University Graduate Admissions Office.
