Yes. Technical students will have an opportunity to meet technical faculty, tour the facility, and receive a portfolio review. Any student can declare a technical option upon entering the department.

All incoming students, including transfer students, must be in the general track upon entrance to the department. There are specific course requirements and an audition in order to be admitted into the performance option in the third year.
