Rachel Lopez

Rachel Anne Lopez was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She received a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an MFA in Dance from the University of California, Irvine.  She dances professionally with Loretta Livingston and Dancers and performs with other dance artists in Los Angeles and Mexico.  Rachel currently teaches yoga, pilates and modern dance at Rio Hondo College, Long Beach City College and California State University, Long Beach.  She shares her love of movement with children by teaching dance improvisation and choreography.  Rachel aspires to deepen her yoga practice, share her choreography locally and abroad and to perform in outdoor locations as an improvisational dance artist.
