After graduating in 1989, I attended Pepperdine University where I received my J.D. degree. I served as Deputy District Attorney of Ventura and Orange Counties, where I specialized in prosecuting sexual assault and domestic violence offenders. I am now a partner in the national litigation firm Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young, LLP, where my practice involves the defense of clients in high-risk, mass tort litigation. My wife, Tatum and I live in Simi Valley with our son, Dakota.
