Arnel G. Ignacio began working as a staff member at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB in 2002. His duties include organizing and running new student auditions, and he serves as the Cole Conservatory liaison to the university admissions department.

Arnel received his Bachelor of Music degree in Clarinet Performance at CSULB and his Master of Music degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to his staff position, Arnel teaches clarinet at the Cole Conservatory.
