| April 13 | All-University-Auditorium requests due to Academic Support |
| May 4 | Phase I Kick-off meeting. Update access begins after meeting. Schedule building materials will be emailed to departments after meeting |
| June 29 | Phase I due from C/LA, ENGR, HHS, and NSCM departments to college offices |
| July 6 | Phase I update access ends for all departments, colleges, and special programs |
| August 3 | Phase II schedule building update access begins |
| September 28 | Phase II due from C/LA, ENGR, HHS, and NSCM departments to college offices |
| September 28 | Spring 2013 Request for Exception forms due to Academic Affairs |
| October 5 | Phase II update access ends for all departments, colleges, and special programs. ALL-UNIVERSITY CLASSROOM (UCP) FACILITIES NOW SCHEDULED ONLY BY ACADEMIC SUPPORT |
| October 5 | Spring 2013 Special Topic Course Descriptions due to Curriculum Office |
| October 15 | Spring 2013 Viewable Schedule available online |
| October 15 | Begin accepting Schedule Change forms from departments |
| November 5 | Spring 2013 Registration and Adjustments (MyCSULB) begins |
Accessing Peoplesoft
- Access available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on campus or from home, except during scheduled maintenance.
- Update access ends at 11:59 pm on all deadline dates.
