What is the athletic program all about at CSULB?

The Department of Athletics is the administrative unit responsible for the supervision of intercollegiate athletic programs.

The department sponsors a diverse program of intercollegiate athletics for both women and men at the Division 1 level, competing under the rules of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Big West Conference and maintaining membership in both organizations.

What sports does CSULB offer?

Women's varsity sports include basketball, softball, golf, track and field, cross-country, soccer, tennis, volleyball and water polo. Men's varsity sports include basketball, baseball, golf, track and field, cross-country, volleyball and water polo.
