Erin Longhofer | ||||||
Erin Brothers Longhofer graduated from the Orange County High School of the Arts, Classical/Contemporary Dance Department where she worked with artists Loretta Livingston, Jeff Slayton, Tee Ross, Jacques Heim, and John Henry. Erin continued her education at Texas Christian University as a Norton Fine Arts recipient earning a BFA in Ballet and a BFA in Modern Dance. While at Texas Christian University, she worked with choreographers and teachers, such as, Li-Chou Cheng, Elizabeth Gillaspy, Susan Douglas Roberts, and Kerry Kreiman. In addition, Fernando Bujones coached her on roles in Raymonda, Don Quixote, and original ballets for Texas Christian University. After graduating, Erin returned to Southern California where she began teaching ballet and modern dance at Anaheim Ballet School. She is also a principal dancer for Anaheim Ballet under the direction of Lawrence and Sarma Rosenberg. Erin was part of Donna Sternberg and Dancers for three seasons, performing throughout Southern California and in Mexico. Currently, she is pursuing her MFA at California State University, Long Beach.
