Jenny Lee Stevens began teaching at California State University, Long Beach in 2005 and teaches all levels of jazz technique. She has also been on faculty at Chapman University, Fullerton College, Cypress College and Orange County School of the Arts. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from California State University Long Beach where she was also on the nationally ranked dance team for 2 years. As a former member of the Los Angeles Clippers Spirit Dance Team Jenny had the opportunity to be a part of the 2004 NBA All-Star Game where she performed with Beyonce and Outkast. She also traveled to Japan and was seen in many commercials as well as a TV shows while a member of the Clippers Spirit. Having studied dance since the age of 3 at Santa Fe Springs Center for the Performing Arts, Jenny also began her teaching career there over 18 years ago. She is currently the Assistant Director to the Kid Unlimited Performing Group. Her choreography has been seen throughout Southern California and won numerous high point and overall awards as well as judge’s awards.
