Mr. Eric Schwartz has worked for nearly 30 years for The Boeing Company. His experience includes engineering, research & development, program management, and strategy development. He has held positions in the Commercial Airplane, the Defense Space & Security, and Research & Technology groups, as well as Corporate Offices. Eric is currently the Director of Technology Strategy in the Phantom Works Business Unit of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS).
Eric has participated in several external committees and advisory boards including the National Academy of Sciences panel for Aviation Security, a White House Science & Technology Counter-Terrorism Red Team and the FAA R&D Advisory committee. He has also served on NASA, European JAA, IATA, and NATO Advisory Groups.
Eric has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University and a MS in Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
