Responsibilities:
As an Intern you will be responsible for:
Partnering with and assisting Sr. Engineers in research and elimination of Restricted Hazardous Substances.
Work with lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent, chromium and other hazardous substances.
Assists Sr. Engineers and CAD specialists in mechanical design/CAD assignments
Prepares detailed drawings as it relates to connector assemblies and components.
Assists engineers in engineering computations as required writing/changing specifications
Create/Revise Bill of materials
Checks drawings
Provides general technical assistance to the engineers in research and or other engineering activities as assigned.

Materials and chemicals, education and experience.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Strong MS Office Skills (Work, Excel, Access)
Working knowledge of CAD
Desire to conduct research and accurately input and track researched data.
